JustDataBuddy.com is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides CSV/XLSX file analysis using AI technology. The Service utilizes AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude models for data analysis.
3. Account Terms
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
- One account per user, no sharing
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Trial Period
- 14-day free trial for new users
- No credit card required
- Limited to one trial per user
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through Paddle
- 30-day money-back guarantee for unsatisfied customers
5. Usage Terms
5.1 Fair Use
- We reserve the right to implement usage limits or restrictions if necessary to prevent abuse or ensure service quality
- Rate limiting may be applied to prevent system overload
5.2 File Restrictions
- Maximum file size: 20MB
- Supported formats: CSV, XLSX
- No executable or malicious files
6. User Obligations

- Resell the Service

- You retain ownership of your data
- Files are automatically deleted after 90 days
- We do not access your data except for service provision
- We implement industry-standard security

- You agree to indemnify us against claims from your use
